You'll lead scoping efforts, analyze complex issues, and provide guidance to peers and leadership while influencing capital investment strategies. This role requires exceptional technical skill and a team-oriented approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and prioritize production reliability and optimization prospects
Analyze data and identify root causes for production issues




Develop clear project scopes and present business cases
Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers
Ensure solutions are practical and execution-ready

Requirements:
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Minimum 12 years experience in Operations Process Engineering
Advance knowledge of SAGD and related processes
Ability to integrate across engineering disciplines
Solid understanding of debottlenecking methodologies
