Responsibilities
Answer and operate phone and email systems, ensuring prompt and courteous customer support
Perform data entry tasks using Service 365
Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of documents
Assist with bookkeeping using Service 365
Proofread correspondence, reports, and documents to ensure clarity and accuracy before distribution

Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Proven clerical experience with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail




Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management tasks
Excellent computer skills including data entry, document proofreading, and file management
Experience in customer service roles with a focus on skilled phone etiquette and customer support
Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong typing skills with high accuracy; ability to multitask effectively in busy office settings
