Stage Manager/Event Assistant - Simulated Client Services

Job Summary: Various Weekend Shifts throughout the year.

Simulated Client Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stage Manager/Event Assistant to join our dynamic team at Simulated Client Services. This role involves coordinating and managing various weekend daytime events in a quick-paced, high stakes environment, ensuring seamless execution and providing exceptional support to our clients. The position requires flexibility with weekend opportunities and early morning to daytime shifts.

Responsibilities

- Event Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events, including setup, execution, and teardown.
- Communication: Bilingualism and asset but not mandatory. Liaise with teams to ensure all event details are accurately communicated and implemented.
- Logistical Support: Manage event materials ensuring everything is in place for successful operations.




- Problem Solving: Proactively address any issues that arise during events, maintaining a calm and professional demeanour.

Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 years of experience in event management or stage management.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Availability: Flexible to work weekends and early morning daytime shifts

Contract length: 2 days

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
