Responsibilities

- Restock shelves efficiently by receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise to ensure product availability.
- Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising techniques that highlight key items and promotions.
- Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Keep the store clean and organized by performing routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, dusting, and trash removal.
- Support cashier operations when needed by assisting with cashiering duties to ensure quick and friendly customer service.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts (if certified) to move heavy or bulk merchandise safely around the store or warehouse area.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store maintenance and uphold safety standards at all times.

Skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse customer needs.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred or willingness to obtain).
- Knowledge of merchandising principles to create appealing displays that attract customers.
- Basic cleaning and maintenance skills to keep the store environment safe and inviting.
