Job DescriptionThe Scale Operator Administrator is responsible for all facets of the truck weighing process including scale operation, data collection and entry, and general administrative support ensuring accuracy in inventory and contract management. This role also provides administrative support via data entry and system upkeep.ResponsibilitiesOperates weigh scale and accurately records weights into Meyer inventory management system in accordance with operational policies and proceduresConducts surveillance of yard operations from scale houses in accordance with established guidelines and reports all issues arising from unauthorized personnel on or around the property.Provides exceptional customer service to members of the public, company drivers and/or third-party brokers in accordance with prescribed policies, procedures and company valuesMay be required to provide railcar administration in accordance with prescribed proceduresProvide administrative support to other parts of the warehouseQualifications1 to 2 years in a similar role preferred.1 to 2 years of work experience performing general administrative dutiesStrong communication skills, both written and verbalBenefitsPaid Benefits - Health,
