If you bring kindness, ambition, and a spirit of collaboration to your work, you’ll feel right at home here.Overall PositionThe Coordinator, Academy Operations supports the Academy Operations team in executing the JUNO Awards submissions, nominations, and voting processes. Working as part of a collaborative team, this role contributes to a shared workload across multiple priorities, supporting high‑volume, detail‑driven processes with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and data management.The Coordinator plays a key role in managing and maintaining submission and voting data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems, tracking, and reporting. This role also supports basic data analysis to identify inconsistencies, monitor trends, and contribute to informed decision‑making across the awards process. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, solid organizational and data management skills, the ability to interpret and work with data, and the capacity to manage competing priorities within tight timelines.
