As the Manager of Road Maintenance, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of road maintenance programs within the County.

Deliver effective management of road maintenance operations
Promote solid safety culture among team members
Oversee and train supervisors and field staff
Coordinate budget activities and performance monitoring
Collaborate with county departments for integrated delivery
Requirements:
Post-Secondary Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar
Certification as Engineering Technologist required
At least five years of experience in road maintenance
Robust interpersonal and communication abilities
Valid class 5 driver’s license with satisfactory record
