Join BPP North America as a Payroll and Benefits Manager. Oversee payroll operations and employee perks while ensuring compliance and supporting a dedicated HR team. BPP North America is looking for a diligent Manager of Payroll and Perks to take charge of payroll activities and advantages administration.

You'll partner closely with Finance and HR to ensure effective handling of compensation programs. Your leadership will reinforce a high standard of service for all employees. Key Responsibilities:
Lead full payroll cycle for North American entities
Administer payroll systems and employee onboarding
Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations
Manage benefits, pensions, and leave programs
Direct process improvement initiatives in payroll services Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
Canadian Payroll Association PCP or PCM certification
At least 2 years of payroll operations experience
Proficient in ADP, WFN, or similar systems
