Billyard Insurance Group Sarnia is looking for an experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team!

We’re a locally owned, rapidly growing insurance brokerage that believes in putting clients first, supporting our team, and creating opportunities for our employees to grow.

What You’ll Do
Manage and service an existing book of personal lines clients
Handle client inquiries by phone, email and in person
Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals and cancellations
Review coverage and identify opportunities to better protect clients
Provide professional insurance advice and exceptional customer service
Work directly with insurance companies to obtain quotes and make policy changes
Follow up on renewals and outstanding client requests
Build solid, long-term relationships with clients
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Work collaboratively with the BIG Sarnia team

What We’re Looking For
RIBO licensed in Ontario
Previous insurance brokerage experience
Personal Lines experience
Strong knowledge of insurance products and coverage
Excellent communication and customer service skills




Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Positive, professional and solution-focused attitude
Strong computer and communication skills
