and policy systems managementCollaborate with colleagues in the commercial underwriting department to ensure work is accurately and fully completedContribute to achieving our customer service level promises, meeting quality and production expectations on a regular basisFamiliarize yourself with our underwriting processes, guidelines, and workflow to complete tasks accuratelySupport general office duties and other tasks as requiredWhat you bringStrong typing skills and overall computer literacyStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional mannerDemonstrates initiative and willingness to learn High school diploma or equivalentPost‑secondary education and/or working towards a Chartered Insurance Professional designation is an assetPrevious insurance experience would be an assetDid you know?We care about our co‑ops: Definity’s co‑op students are considered the best pipeline of talent for our full‑time, permanent positions.We care about students: Definity distributes $85,000 in scholarships to students across Canada each year.We care about our community:
