Our factory produces brand names such as Breyers, Ben & Jerry's, Magnum, Klondike and Popsicle. The Seasonal General Labour position works during the factory’s peak production season and can expect to work 6 months out of the calendar year (approximately early April to the end of Aug).Background & Purpose of the JobThe general objective of the General Labour position is to stage and supply packaging and dry valuable ingredients to the production floor to ensure that production requirements are met.Who You Are & What You’ll DoReports to your scheduled work centre at the scheduled shift start time.Ensures safe working conditions, good housekeeping and good manufacturing practices are observed to meet daily production and quality expectations.Ensures that the proper quantity of materials or ingredients are brought down from the supply hall to the production floor to meet daily production requirements.Reports safety hazards or environmental risks immediately to supervisor.Performs the job duties in a manner that is safe for yourself and others, complying with safety and ergonomic practices.Completes miscellaneous duties as assigned.What You’ll Need To SucceedAvailability for various 8‑hour weekday shifts and weekend shifts comprising Friday, Saturday,
