Complete Utility Contractors is a Lower Mainland-based civil utility contractor specializing in underground utility construction. We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator or Skilled Labourer who holds a valid Class 1 license and is willing and able to operate a tandem dump truck and pony when required.

This is not a dedicated truck driving position. The successful candidate will primarily work as part of our civil construction crews, with the flexibility to drive truck as operational needs require.

Skills & Qualifications
Valid Class 1 BC Driver’s Licence
Clean driver’s abstract
Experience operating a tandem axle dump truck and pony
Civil/underground utility construction experience
Experience as either a Heavy Equipment Operator or Skilled Labourer
For Operators: experience operating excavators, loaders, backhoe and/or other civil construction equipment
Comfortable moving between equipment operation, laboring, and truck driving depending on the needs of the crew
Strong understanding of jobsite and equipment safety
Reliable, hardworking and willing to work as part of a crew
Qualified and respectful when dealing with coworkers, customers and the public
