Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will support clients with daily activities, medication administration & reminders, emotional well-being, ensuring a safe and comfortable workplace.

Experience in senior care and dementia care is required. This role offers an chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those needing specialized support and care.

Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
Support clients with medication administration following prescribed protocols
Provide compassionate care for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments
Help with meal preparation
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Assist with light housekeeping duties in clients home




Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
Follow all safety protocols

Qualifications
Prior experience in nursing homes, senior care, or home health care preferred
Knowledge of medication administration, and basic patient care procedures
Experience working with individuals with dementia is a plus
Solid caregiving skills with a compassionate approach to client well-being
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
Certification in care aide, CPR, first aid and criminal record check are mandatory
Must be reliable, attentive to detail, and committed to providing respectful, high-quality care

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
