Oversee and manage clinical program initiatives
Conduct resident assessments and develop service plans
Hire and train clinical staff to enhance resident care
Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
Foster solid relationships within the community Requirements:
Registered Practical Nurse or equivalent certification
Minimum five years clinical and one year leadership experience
Experience in a retirement residence
Knowledgeable in budget and financial monitoring
