Position OverviewSupport and help oversee the day‑to‑day maintenance and operation of the firm’s portfolio management platform used by registered portfolio managers. Help ensure the platform remains accurate, organized, and ready for advisors to use when building models, opening accounts, rebalancing portfolios, and generating trades. The platform is complex and learning it deeply is a core part of the role.Position ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update portfolio management system data and settingsAssist with the creation, review, and maintenance of account linkages to the custody systemMonitor the platform for data issues, missing information, or inconsistencies and investigate/resolve themSupport ongoing maintenance of households and investment groupsIdentify and escalate issues related to security data, account holdings, or trading restrictionsAssist with the testing of new functionality, enhancements, and system upgradesMaintain procedural documentation and training materials for the platformHelp prepare screenshots, reference guides, and step‑by‑step instructions for portfolio managers and support staffRespond to day‑to‑day questions from portfolio managers and internal users regarding platform functionalityParticipate in special projects related to process improvement, workflow design, and operational efficiencyRequired Qualifications1–3 years of experience in operations, portfolio administration, wealth management, or a related analytical roleStrong interest in portfolio management, investment operations, and financial marketsDetail‑oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsComfortable working with large amounts of data and identifying inconsistenciesStrong Excel skills; experience with formulas, pivot tables, lookups,

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
