Your typical day may include activities such as:Conducting health assessments for triage and ongoing careAdvocating for and encouraging patient participation in the plan of careMonitoring treatment plans and responses to health care interventionsCommunicating with community care providers to obtain health histories and facilitate transitional careContributing to health program development within the institutionProviding emergency care, acute care, crisis intervention, health teaching, and counseling for patients considered medically stable and unstablePracticing in accordance with the College of Nurses of Ontario practice standards, ministry expectations, and the security requirements of the institutionMandatory RequirementsYou are currently a Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.Nursing Knowledge and ExperienceProvide full scope of services to patients with complex health care needs and unpredictable outcomesCollect, interpret,
