Registered Nurse Care Coordinator—Interprofessional Pain & Addiction Recovery Clinic, Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH).Full time, temporary position (until August 27, 2027) located at 100 Stokes Street.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in motivational interviewing and client assessments.Liaise with the care team to provide pharmacological and non‑pharmacological treatments in pain and addiction management.Perform case management duties.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Support a diverse, inclusive workplace and comply with applicable standards and requirements.QualificationsBachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) and registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).Preference for experience or education in chronic pain and/or addictions.Proficiency with virtual care platforms is an asset.Superior interpersonal,
