We offer attractive retail financing and lease programs to meet the needs of each customer, as well as commercial lending products to help dealers finance and grow their businesses.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleThe Talent Advisor II partners with recruiting leadership, HR Partners, and hiring managers to execute a staffing strategy that includes full life cycle recruiting and a broad-based sourcing strategy, delivering a viable talent pipeline for the business.ResponsibilitiesManage full‑cycle recruiting for internal and external candidates.Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, sourcing candidates via multiple channels.Proactively identify and contact active and passive job seekers.Meet defined Talent Acquisition metrics for quality, cost, cycle time, diversity, and compliance while providing a world‑class recruitment experience.QualificationsAdvanced knowledge of HR policies and procedures related to employment and pre‑employment.Complete understanding of individual hiring manager’s expectations of the recruitment process.Advanced knowledge of technology solutions and their application within the hiring process.Advanced knowledge of governmental employment law and regulations.Advanced knowledge of statutory regulations (e.G., anti‑discrimination laws,
