You would be assisting in supporting our efforts to consistently surpass our customers and clients’ expectations by providing a superior customer service experience.ResponsibilitiesGreet, welcome and assist customers with any questions or inquiriesProcess customer transactions using a variety of payment methods in a quick and accurate mannerInform and advise customers and clients on our products and servicesSupport customers with their use and navigation of the parking facilities and equipmentEnsure that all defective ticket outputs are validated before allowing the customer to exit the premisesKeep customer service booth tidy and organized throughout shift in order to deliver an effective customer experienceOther duties as assigned by managerQualificationsMinimum 2 to 3 years of customer service experience is requiredAbility to clearly and accurately communicate both written and verballyFlexible to work weekends and other shifts, when neededBeginner to intermediate computer knowledgeAbility to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work well alone and as within a team-oriented environmentAssetsBilingualism (English and French) is a solid asset.Results-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
