If you love mentoring, test prep, and empowering others, this is the role for you!You'll work one‑on‑one with students, create personalized study plans, and provide expert guidance to help them excel on every section of the LSAT.This is a full-time, remote role that can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada, with 40 hours per week of tutoring scheduled around student availability—expect weekday evenings and weekends rather than a standard 9am–5pm block.ResponsibilitiesTutor students one‑on‑one on all sections of the LSAT exam,



40 hours per weekTailor an LSAT curriculum to students' needsTrack and analyze student progressCreate and maintain project trackers to monitor student progressKeep students' families up to date on progressTutor during after‑school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekendsComfort and ability to teach all sections of the LSATTake on additional income opportunities as they arise, such as leading webinars or training other tutorsQualificationsHave passed the LSAT in the 99th percentile (copy of official score report required)Have a 4-year college degree (Bachelor's Degree or higher is required)Experienced in working with students, ideally experience tutoring the LSAT exam in the last 3 years1–3 years of previous formal or informal teaching or tutoring experience desiredPassionate about educationConscientious, punctual, reliable, and on top of organizational tasksExcellent at communicating with students, parents, and colleaguesProactive and productive in your workTeam-oriented and coachableEnthusiastic and positive!
