This will be a full-time position reporting to the Operations Manager. The position is responsible for:Interfacing customers for service-related inquiriesMonitoring, managing, prioritizing, and scheduling equipment installations, annual maintenance, emergency service calls, and regulatory inspections (gas‑check / comprehensive)Maintaining customer account informationRegistering customers for warranty coverageCompleting purchase orders for incoming equipment, tanks and materialsMaintaining inventory levels as requiredCompleting other office administration duties as requiredAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have:3–5 years of service coordination experienceExcellent customer service skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organization,
