You appreciate to work in a small management team? The objective of this position is to support the managers and employees in the optimization of the Human Resources department. It is a generalist position that includes hiring, labour relationships, health & safety, salary, organizational development and coaching with managers. We are a small management team. We are in a continual change, where we work on the continuous improvement of our process. Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company’s growth
Plan short term to mid term manpower, including development programs for the employees
Manage all the hiring process (from identifying the need to integration of the current employee)
Manage preventing health & safety and H&S; claims,



including the management of the H&S; committee. Advise management team on the best business practices on people’s management
Lead the labour relationship management, with the managers
Lead salary equity and make internal pay audits
Ensure the legality of the processess and policies of the company
Participate in continuous improvement projects. Have a diploma in HR or experience in the HR field
Have 5 years of experience as a HR generalist, asset if it is in the manufacturing industry
Be bilingual (french / english)
Be creative in the strategies implementation;
