In this role, you will assist in maintaining and enhancing landscapes through skilled operation of various hand tools and gas powered equipment such as lawn mowers, line-trimmers, and backpack blowers . (Must also be able to lift 50 lbs) Your enthusiasm and mechanical aptitude will help ensure beautiful, healthy, and well-kept outdoor settings. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in horticulture and landscape maintenance, while working outdoors in a client facing and team focused environment. Responsibilities
Maintain lawns, gardens and landscaped areas by planting, pruning, mowing, fertilizing, and weeding
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tasks including edging, mowing, trimming, digging, and soil preparation
Conduct routine landscape maintenance activities to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy




Support overall site cleanup and ensure safety standards are followed during all operations

Qualifications
Prior experience with landscape maintenance is an asset but not necessary
Mechanical knowledge related to operating and maintaining tools and equipment
Familiarity with lawn maintenance, gardening techniques, and horticulture principles
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols
Basic understanding of hand tools, power tools
Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks
Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to operate machinery safely is essential
