As a Grounds Lead Hand, you will oversee the daily activities of the Grounds team and Equipment Operators, ensuring timely completion of projects.

This multifaceted role includes equipment operation for snow removal and landscaping, along with mentoring staff on best practices. Your leadership will support a protected and pristine setting at our scenic campus. Key Responsibilities:
Meet with management to prioritize landscaping projects
Provide guidance and mentorship to Grounds staff
Perform detailed equipment operation and maintenance
Ensure secure conditions on campus during winter months
Collaborate with other departments for labor support Requirements:
At least two years of landscaping experience
Familiarity with grounds maintenance practices
Class “5” Alberta driver’s license
Ability to operate heavy machinery effectively
