We're looking for someone reliable, physically fit, and eager to learn fast-paced production work. This is steady, year-round work with an immediate start.

Responsibilities
Learn to build and assemble wooden pallets to specification using pneumatic nail guns and hand tools
Repair and rebuild used pallets to meet quality standards
Work from pallet specs (size, board count, stringer spacing) with growing independence as training progresses
Sort, grade, and stack lumber and finished pallets
Dismantle and recycle used pallets and wood material
Work toward meeting daily production and quality targets
Keep your work area clean, organized, and secure

What We're Looking For
No prior experience necessary — full training provided
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for a full shift
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting
Steel-toe safety boots required on site
Legally eligible to work in Canada

Pay: $17.60 per hour
