Duties
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure
Perform repairs involving plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot issues effectively




Supervise or assist with small maintenance teams during complex projects or repairs
Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility protocols during all maintenance activities
Support customer service initiatives by addressing facility-related concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or general handyman roles
Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience in a maintenance setting
Knowledge of safety regulations related to electrical work, welding, and general facilities upkeep
Excellent communication skills in English for explicit documentation and teamwork
