Job Overview

We are seeking a Licensed, experienced, highly organized and detail oriented Insurance Advisor to join our insurance brokerage team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients secure the right insurance solutions to meet their needs, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of insurance products and regulations.

Duties:
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (life, health, auto, home, commercial, etc.)
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Provide guidance on insurance policy coverage, benefits, and exclusions
Stay up to date with insurance regulations, products, and underwriting guidelines
Process new applications, policy changes, renewals, and claims assistance
Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals

Requirements:
Strongest Requirement : Experience in selling General Insurance
Licensed General Level 1 or Level 2
Previous experience in the insurance industry is required.
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft office, Google Suite.
Robust organizational skills with ability to priorities tasks efficiently.




Familiarity with insurance terminology and documents
Basic knowledge of insurance products
Proficiency with document management systems, databases, and portals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficient with CRM tools and insurance software
Bilingual (English, Punjabi and Hindi) preferred.
