Requirements
Lift 50lbs or 22 kgs
Comfortable working in all weather
Understand working on a crew and prioritizing task with Foreman's direction
Drivers license and clean abstract
Work Gear (steel toe shoes and gloves) after probation has ended the company will purchase future work gear as needed

Preferred skills
Experience working on a gardening crew
Hedging and pruning experience
Able to start and use power tools (blower, lawn mower and multi tool)
Planting annuals, perennials, bulbs and trees
Basic plant identification knowledge
Team player
