You’ll be tasked with overseeing installations, managing operational feedback, and working with both internal teams and external design consultants. Your expertise will help ensure effective climate control across teaching and research facilities. Key Responsibilities:
Authorize planned and emergency shutdowns across campuses
Provide operational feedback to stakeholders regarding system intricacies
Liaise with design consultants and contractors on existing conditions
Back up UCC Operator under adverse conditions
Resolve complex operational issues daily Requirements:
Minimum five years of job-related experience necessary
Skilled accreditation in engineering or related areas preferred
Diploma or degree in Building Systems Technology required
A Journeyperson designation in instrumentation or HVAC preferred
