Description:

We are a professional cabinet and millwork company specializing in both commercial and residential installations. We are looking for an experienced Lead Cabinet / Millwork Installer to join our team as a subcontractor.

Responsibilities:
Lead and execute high-quality cabinet and millwork installations in residential and commercial projects
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation plans
Measure, layout, level, and install cabinets, countertops, and custom millwork accurately
Ensure proper fit, alignment, and finishing of all products
Coordinate with site supervisors, general contractors, and other trades
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite
Troubleshoot in office issues and make necessary adjustments
Represent the company professionally on job sites

Requirements:
Proven experience as a lead cabinet/millwork installer (commercial and residential preferred)
Solid knowledge of installation techniques,



hardware, and finishing
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Own reliable transportation and basic tools
Valid driver’s license
Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy materials
Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
Must be able to work as an independent subcontractor (own business/insurance preferred)
