Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail operations with enthusiasm and expertise. In this role, you will oversee daily store activities, motivate your team, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales growth. Your leadership will be key to maintaining a lively, organized, and customer-focused environment that keeps guests coming back.

Duties

- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to reach their full potential
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth cashiering, merchandising, and inventory management
- Oversee sales performance, set targets, and implement strategies to boost revenue and customer satisfaction
- Handle purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to optimize product availability and profitability
- Maintain accurate payroll, bookkeeping, and administrative records while ensuring compliance with company policies




- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones through promotional activities
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills

Experience

- Proven supervising or leadership experience in retail management or store operations
- Strong background in retail sales, merchandising, and sales management strategies
- Skilled in negotiation, budgeting, and cash handling with excellent organizational skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems, purchasing processes, and inventory control software
- Experience in training & development programs for staff growth and performance improvement
- Exceptional time management skills combined with effective communication skills to lead a motivated team
