In addition, the incumbent will facilitate responses to investigations and inquiries from the Office of the Child and Youth Advocate, the Office of the Citizens' Representative, the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner and other organizations where a statutory right to information is asserted. Reporting to the Provincial Senior Manager of Privacy,



the Provincial Access Officer will collate and review all internal documents for each request; liaise with senior managers regarding the duty and process related to the ATIPPA and applicable statutory authorities; facilitate meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure legislative duties are achieved; provide directionon access to information initiatives; encourage an organizational culture in accordance with access and privacy; and perform otherrelated duties as assigned within the department.Job QualificationsEducationBachelor's DegreeMaster's Degree preferredAccess and Privacy Certificate or Access and Privacy Certification (e.G.
