This are permanent positions with 30 to 40 hours per week, involving various shifts in the evenings and on weekends. Key Responsibilities:
• Cook menu items during service across different stations
• Prep and organize your cooking station prior to service
• Adhere to recipes, portioning, and plating instructions




• Help with kitchen prep and maintain cleanliness
• Clearly communicate during service in a busy kitchen
Requirements:
• About 1 year commercial kitchen experience required
• Familiarity with allergy and gluten-free cooking
• FOODSAFE Level 1 certification preferred
• Must be flexible with evening and weekend schedules
• Strong interpersonal skills within a kitchen team
