The role necessitates a proactive approach and at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, especially in recruitment and compliance with employment legislation. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will ensure accurate HR practices. Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for administrative roles
Develop and conduct new hire orientation sessions
Manage off-boarding processes with precision
Support performance evaluations and compilation of reports

Degree or diploma in Human Resources or relevant field
Over 5 years of HR experience focusing on recruitment
Solid understanding of Ontario employment legislation
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and Office 365
