You will play a key role in overseeing all in office construction activities and ensuring compliance with project plans, budgets, and schedules. This position requires solid leadership and communication skills, as you will coordinate with various teams, including Senior Superintendents, field engineers, and municipal authorities. Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute project plans and schedules
Supervise all construction activities on-site
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards




Resolve project issues and advise senior management
Maintain daily job records and three-week look ahead schedule Requirements:
Journeyman certificate or relevant degree/diploma
Minimum 5 years of construction-related experience
Knowledge of high-rise residential construction is an asset
