You'll prioritize and implement training initiatives that meet operational requirements and enhance workforce capabilities. Understanding both Project and Change Management will be crucial as you drive training solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs
Direct recent training initiatives and innovations
Support Training Coordinators during shifts




Assess and address training needs with leaders
Collaborate with experts to enhance training content

Requirements:
At least eight years in open pit mining or training
Solid digital literacy in Microsoft Office Suite®
Familiarity with Training History Program is beneficial
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
Proven supervisory skills with training experience
