Customer Experience & Styling

- To offer a highly personalized styling experience by understanding each client's lifestyle, preferences, and clothing goals.
- Assisting clients in choosing fabrics, customization options, cuts, and style recommendations.
- Taking precise measurements and overseeing the bespoke tailoring process, from the initial consultation to the final fitting.
- Ensuring that each garment meets quality standards and exceeds customer expectations.
- Develop lasting relationships to foster loyalty, repeat purchases and recommendations.

- Create memorable experiences that reflect the brand's commitment to exceptional service.

Sales & Customer Relationship Development




- Develop and maintain a personal client portfolio through networking, follow-ups, and proactive communications.
- Identify opportunities to enrich clients' wardrobes through personalized and relevant recommendations.

- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through a consultative selling approach.
- To offer a premium customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Use CRM tools to manage customer relationships and track opportunities.

Showroom Operations
- Maintain a professional, organized, and inspiring showroom environment.
- Participate in merchandising initiatives and ensure that products are presented in accordance with brand standards.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, orders, and customer information.
- Keeping up-to-date with new collections, fabrics, style trends and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the team to support the daily operations of the showroom and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements The successful candidate will be a relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for fashion, styling, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

They will bring

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles.
- Experience in fashion, menswear, luxury retail,



or premium service environments is an asset.
- Strong interest in personal style, tailoring, and helping clients achieve their desired look.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Confidence using technology, CRM systems, and digital tools.

- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership of results.
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to continuously learn and develop.
