For more than 30 summers, Tamwood Camps has been delivering exceptional summer experiences for young people from around the world. Every summer, thousands of campers from over 30 countries come together at our programs to learn, explore, make lifelong friendships, and develop skills that help them grow into confident global citizens.

As we prepare for our 2027 season, we are looking for passionate, energetic, and dedicated team members to join our camp leadership and counseling teams across multiple locations.

Seasonal Employment Period

Late June through early August 2027

Employment dates vary by location and position, with most contracts running between:

June 20, 2027 – August 8, 2027

Training and orientation will take place prior to the start of camp operations.

What You'll Do

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

- Supervising and supporting international campers
- Leading recreational activities, excursions, and events
- Ensuring camper safety and well-being
- Creating an engaging and inclusive camp environment
- Managing daily camp operations




- Supporting residence and campus logistics
- Communicating with students, staff, parents, and partners
- Promoting positive behavior and conflict resolution
- Delivering exceptional customer service
