We provide premium pork products and invest in professional development for all employees.Job TitleMeat Cutter/Butcher – Retail or Wholesale (Day and Afternoon Shifts)ResponsibilitiesCut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat.Remove bones from meat.Prepare special orders.Wrap and package prepared meats.Train other meat cutters.Use manual cutting utensils (knives).Work Conditions and EnvironmentPhysically demanding; may involve heavyloads.Fast‑paced workplace.Cold/refrigerated conditions.Potential exposure to odors.Work in a wholesaler or meat packing establishment.BenefitsCompetitive wages: $24.47 to $28.35 per hour.Afternoon shift premium: $1.25.40 hours per week with weekly pay via direct deposit.Medical, dental, vision, life insurance,



pension and group insurance.Training provided.Qualifications and RequirementsHigh school completion.1–2 years of butcher/knife experience.Experience in retail/wholesale butchery.Butchery course an asset.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Commitment to safety and quality processes.Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.Attention to detail and teamwork skills.Critical thinking, memory use, continuous learning.Excellent hand‑eye coordination and decision‑making.Basic English communication skills.Basic security clearance.Shift ScheduleDay shift starts between 6:00 a.M. and 7:00 a.M. (Monday–Friday). Afternoon shift starts between 3:00 p.M. and 4:00 p.M.
