Your Role in a Snapshot:Driving occupancy, revenue growth, and sales excellence across a multi-site retirement living portfolio.TheSales & Revenue Performance Specialistsupports Prima Living Senior’s Communities by improving sales performance, strengthening CRM execution, and coaching residence-based teams. Acting as a field-based extension of the National Director, this role partners with Executive Directors and sales teams to enhance conversion, build capability, and ensure consistent execution of sales standards across all communities.Your Day to Day:Support occupancy and revenue growth across multiple residencesCoach and support Lifestyle Consultants and leadership teams on sales performanceAssist with sales planning, occupancy strategies, and quarterly business reviewsMonitor KPIs (inquiries, tours, deposits, move‑ins, pipeline performance)Support CRM adoption, compliance, and optimizationIdentify performance gaps and support improvement plansDeliver onboarding, training, and ongoing sales coaching (onsite and virtual)Support competitive analysis and market positioningStrengthen inquiry management, follow‑up, and conversion practicesSupport business development and referral partnershipsParticipate in recruitment, onboarding,



and team developmentProvide regular onsite support across residences (min. 3 days/week travel)What You Bring to the Table:5+ years in sales, business development, occupancy, or performance-driven rolesExperience in senior living or multi-site environments preferredStrong understanding of CRM systems, KPIs, and sales processesProven ability to coach, train, and influence teamsStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance dataExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platformsValid Ontario driver’s license and ability to travel regularlyBonus Points For:Experience in senior living or retirement communitiesMulti-site sales leadership or revenue growth experienceBackground in occupancy development or launch/stabilization environmentsStrong ability to turn data into actionable sales improvementsPassion for supporting older adults in a resident-centered environmentCompensation & Benefits:Location:Ontario (Field-based; regular travel required)Compensation:$90,000 – $100,000 + performance bonusJob Type:Full time#J-18808-Ljbffr
