This role serves as the sole HR leader for all Canadian operations, covering four sites across Alberta and Ontario and supporting more than 200 employees.This is an on-site role at a 24/7 manufacturing facility in central Alberta. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the strategic HR partner to plant and operations leaders across all Canadian sitesLead workforce planning, performance management, and succession initiativesManage employee relations end-to-end across hourly and salaried staffOwn Canadian employment law compliance across multiple provincesDrive annual HR cycles including compensation reviews, benefits renewals,
