Together, these distinctions reinforce our reputation as an employer of choice in Montreal, across Canada, and around the world.What Your Day to Day Will Look LikeLeads a team of skilled assemblers, operators and test techniciansIdentify and mentor potential C.I’s, advance program objectives and meet agreed customer goals and milestones, allocation of manpower according to engine priorities and other dept priorities and update daily engine statusMentor and coach current assemblers and operators,
coordinates resolution of technical issues during build or test and shift change handover meetingsEnsure all paperwork is completed as per quality standards, advances FOD culture and initiatives in assembly, rigs, lab and test cells, completes 6S inspections, support and advance ACE initiatives and occasional communication of information in contact meetingsCoordinates movement of hardware internally and externallyCompletes EHS inspectionsCoordinates departmental training requirements with SupervisorThe Tools You Need to Be SuccessfulHS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
