OverviewWildBrain Studios is looking for a Line Producer (Episodic) to join our team! In this role, you will oversee all aspects of production planning. You will own production oversight across all phases from Pre Production through Post and final delivery. Reporting to the Head of Production, you will lead the production process to achieve the vision of the Director within budget and schedule parameters. This role supports the communication and cultural philosophies to facilitate a productive environment and is accountable for on‑time, on‑budget delivery of the CG episodic series.Responsibilities & QualificationsWhat You’ll DoSupport client/partner and studio's creative vision by managing show budget and resourcesResponsible for the day‑to‑day client relationshipAct on the series production plan – schedules, budgets and deliverablesCollaborate with the Director of Production to assess and adjust the plan to meet the creative visionManage cost reports, run cost scenarios and flag material variancesEvaluate episode scope and assign costs of creative productionIdentify and implement production resources necessary to support the projectConduct meetings with team leads to assess daily project requirements and ensure progressFlag potential problems and proactively design and seek solutions to meet milestones and deadlinesDefine and maintain a dailies process that supports clear communication and visual standardsFoster a culture of feedback and check‑ins with direct reportsCollaborate with Head of Production and Talent on employee relations issuesEstablish team culture and values aligned with WildBrain’s policies, monitor morale, and recommend initiatives for a positive work environmentOversee staffing: hiring,
onboarding and training initiatives; review job responsibilities in partnership with stakeholdersValidate and approve departmental expenses, timecards, vacation and overtime requestsMeet weekly with Production Accountant to review the financial health of the projectWhat You’ll Bring5+ years of experience in Production Management for animated productionsExperience managing production budgets over $5MExperience leading projects with crew sizes up to 30+ peopleExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with diplomacy to balance creative expectations and financial resourcesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailDriven, innovative, strategic and solution‑focusedStrong leadership skills and ability to work with a diverse creative teamThorough knowledge of animation and the production pipelineDiploma in a related field or equivalent experienceWhy WildBrainPay Range: $2000 - $2450 per week.
