You will test and troubleshoot IT systems, document critical business processes, and translate executive objectives into actionable IT tasks. You will liaise between IT and users to realize improvements across ERP and related SaaS tools. The ideal candidate has robust communication, analytical, and time-management skills, with knowledge of MS Office 365 and SQL; ERP and SaaS familiarity is a plus.
