You will oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and the development of actionable insights for executive leadership. Your solid accounting expertise will help guide a talented team and contribute to AES Engineering's legacy of award-winning designs. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor internal finance and accounting specialists
Oversee full-cycle accounting and financial statement accuracy
Coordinate operating budgets and cash flow forecasts
Strengthen financial systems and internal controls
Maintain detailed financial records, ensuring compliance Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA designation required
Minimum of seven years of accounting experience
Robust proficiency in project-based software and Excel
