Responsible for coordinating vendor relationships, and activities for Arrears Management.ResponsibilitiesWhat You DriveControl trucking company portfolio recovery portfolio; including skip and deficiency files. Make outbound calls, establish payment plans/settlements, follow-up with trustees, attorneys, and skip agencies to maximize recovery opportunities.Ensure appropriate legal documents and reports are prepared in a timely and accurate manner such as completion of the Proof of Claims for customers who have made an Assignment in Bankruptcy, Legal Authorization Checklist, and completion of Abandonment/Settlement document. Represent in legal actions when necessary.



Liaise with approved vendors for collections and recoveries.Ensure vehicles are ordered, paid, and delivered in a timely manner. Responsible for the payment of fuel, maintenance, and tolls for the company car program. Tracking of kilometers completed monthly for taxation purposes.Identify, quantify, report and manage all risks associated with outsourcing opportunities, process optimization and/or operational efficiencies, champion support for opportunities with management.Continuous process, reporting and metric improvements for the recovery team, including creating process/training documentation.
