None of this is possible without a hardworking team working together to make it all happen.The OpportunityIn this role, you will:Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance across interior and exterior building areasComplete minor repairs, including plumbing, drywall, painting, lighting, carpentry, hardware, and general building upkeepReview and prioritize maintenance work orders,



ensuring timely completion and clear communicationCoordinate access for vendors and contractors and support deficiency walkthroughs as requiredMaintain landscaping, seasonal maintenance (including snow removal and salting), and exterior cleanlinessRespond to urgent or after‑hours issues as part of an on‑call rotationMaintain accurate inspection logs and report urgent concerns to the Property ManagerYou will work independently across multiple sites while collaborating closely with Property Management and Facilities teams to maintain high building standards.What You Bring3–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or a similar rolePractical experience with minor plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage a varied workloadAbility to lift up to 20kg and handle ladders safelyValid BC driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle requiredExperience with Yardi Maintenance IQ or similar systems is an assetRed Seal certification considered an assetYou are reliable, safety‑focused, and take pride in maintaining high‑quality environments.What We OfferMarcon is committed to building an inclusive, inspired, and high‑performance team culture where our Core Values of Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Passion, and Excellence guide how we show up every day.
