This role bridges strategy and execution—helping implement fundraising initiatives, manage donor relationships, and support the growth of CelebrateMercy’s development programs.This position is ideal for someone who has experience in fundraising or donor relations and is ready to take on greater ownership, manage key initiatives, and contribute to strategy while remaining closely involved in execution.This position is remote for daily work, but requires travel for fundraising events, donor meetings, and staff retreats.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the Development Director in implementing fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goalsHelp grow and strengthen revenue streams including monthly donors, campaigns, and major giftsTake ownership of specific fundraising initiatives and campaigns from planning through executionDonor Relations & StewardshipCultivate and manage relationships with donors across various giving levelsSupport identification, cultivation,



and solicitation of prospective donorsAssist in managing major donor relationships and follow‑upsCoordinate and execute fundraising campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and Programs teamsEnsure smooth implementation of donor engagement initiatives and eventsContribute ideas to improve donor acquisition and retentionData, Systems & ReportingOversee donor data accuracy and usage within CRM systemsAnalyze donor data and campaign performance to inform decisionsPrepare regular fundraising reports and insights for leadershipProcess Improvement & Team SupportIdentify and implement improvements to fundraising systems and workflowsProvide guidance and support to junior team members or specialists as neededHelp ensure accountability and follow-through across development initiativesQUALIFICATIONS3–5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit developmentStrong understanding of fundraising principles and donor stewardshipExperience managing projects or initiatives independentlyAbility to analyze data and translate insights into actionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to travel several times per yearA sincere interest in the life and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and a desire to contribute to work that helps others know, love, and follow himCOMPENSATIONCompetitive salary, commensurate with experience, with a range of $60k–$80k per year.Bonuses may be awarded based on individual performance and organizational results.#J-18808-Ljbffr
