About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced CNC Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating HOMAG CNC panel saws and knowledge of woodworking, cabinetry, or furniture manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Operate and set up HOMAG CNC panel saws safely and efficiently.
Read and follow production drawings, cut lists, and work orders.
Load materials and perform accurate cuts according to specifications.
Make machine adjustments and perform basic troubleshooting.
Inspect cut parts for accuracy and quality.
Minimize material waste through proper cutting and material handling.
Report machine issues and maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area.
Meet daily production and quality targets.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of CNC saw operating experience.
HOMAG CNC experience is required.
Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or furniture manufacturing.
Ability to read shop drawings, cut lists, and production documents.
Strong measuring and basic mathematical skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
