and compensation planningLead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with HR partners and business stakeholdersParticipate in cross‑functional HR committees to share insights, best practices, and drive continuous improvementSupport the development and execution of talent strategiesEnhance leadership effectiveness by coaching senior leaders on people management, team dynamics, and organizational challengesContribute to a culture of high performance, engagement, and continuous developmentWhat You Will Bring6–9 years of progressive experience in Human Resources supporting a corporate client groupPost‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CHRP/CHRL designation is an assetProven experience operating as a true HR business partner with senior leadershipStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levelsDemonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendationsWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
